Sustainability and Climate Justice beyond COVID-19

While the government ensures the adoption of sustainable consumption and production (SCP, through SDG 12) and climate action (SDG 13) to preserve our finite natural resources and combat environmental destruction, it seems to be untrue to its goals: destructive mining operations proliferate, lands are being converted for commercial use, the agricultural sector is dominated by agribusiness and agrochemical corporations, and pollution seems to be endless. These aggravate the health and life hazards brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.
