On Independence Day, the Council for People’s Development and Governance (CPDG) unequivocally condemns the injustices endured by Senator Leila De Lima (including political prisoners, those incarcerated for so long waiting for their cases to be heard) highlighting the disturbingly biased and problematic nature of the Philippine justice system -punishing mostly the powerless and targeted.
