On Pride Month, CPDG calls for the swift passage of CADB and SOGIE Equality Bill
June 27, 2023CPDG together with the Stop the Discrimination Coalition and the Commission on Human RIghts set up a dedicated booth to advocate for the legislation of the Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Bill (CADB), which aims to address discrimination faced by all marginalized sectors of Filipino society and the cross-sectional discrimination they confront. Additionally, CPDG emphasized the urgent passage of the Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression (SOGIE) Equality Bill, which seeks to prohibit various forms of discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression.
